How do I search for a job?

1. Enter keywords that are relevant to your role. I.e. If you want to find 'Senior Planning Officer' vacancies type in 'Planning Officer'. This will return all vacancies with 'Planning Officer' as a job title. To further narrow your search add the keyword 'Senior' and this will result in vacancies for 'Senior Planning Officers' only.
2. To refine your search you can use one of more of the following options:

Work Options:
You can choose to select the type of working option that interests you e.g. Full-time, Part-Time or Temporary.

Salary:
Select your desired salary range.

What if...

1. I get too many search results?
   If your search gives you too many results, try using more criteria, for example, by adding more keywords.

   Example:
   Typing in 'Secretary' may result in several vacancies:
   You can narrow your search by entering keywords in the keywords box such as particular skills i.e., shorthand, DTP, computer literate, etc. This will search for job vacancies in which the words secretary AND your keywords appear.

2. I'm getting too few results?
   

   If you are not getting enough results, try using less strict search criteria. For example, try widening the area in which you are searching for a job or cutting down on the number of keywords you are entering.
